It features a reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, and strong explosion-proof performance. The entire unit is used with the HB type explosion-proof electric hoist.

Equipment Overview

  The LB10t explosion-proof Single Girder Crane is designed according to GB3836.1-2021 "Explosive atmospheres Part 1: General requirements", GB3836.2-2021 "Explosive atmospheres Part 2: Equipment protected by flameproof enclosures", JB/T10219-2011 "Explosion-proof girder crane", etc. It features a reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, and strong explosion-proof performance. The whole machine is matched with the HB type explosion-proof Electric Hoist.

Structural Composition

  Lifting mechanism: Uses an explosion-proof Electric Hoist, such as the HB type, which is the main lifting component of the crane, responsible for lifting and lowering heavy objects.

  Running mechanism: Includes the main trolley and the trolley running mechanisms. The main trolley running mechanism uses LB explosion-proof wheel sets + LD drive device + explosion-proof conical brake motor to drive the entire crane along the plant track; the trolley running mechanism drives the lifting mechanism along the main beam, realizing the horizontal movement of heavy objects.

  Metal structure: Composed of the main beam, end beams, etc. The main beam uses a box structure or I-beams, etc., with high strength and rigidity, capable of withstanding various loads during crane operation and lifting.

  Electrical control system: The control core of the crane, composed of explosion-proof motors, explosion-proof electrical control boxes, explosion-proof button stations, etc. All motors and electrical appliances have explosion-proof performance and meet relevant explosion-proof standards, ensuring safe operation in hazardous environments.

Technical Parameters

  Lifting capacity: 1~20 tons.

  Span: Generally ranges from 7.5 to 31.5 m, meeting the needs of different plant spans. Customization is available for special user requirements.

  Lifting height: Common lifting heights include 6 meters, 9 meters, 12 meters, 18 meters, 24 meters, and 30 meters, customizable according to actual working conditions and material stacking height.

  Work level: Usually A3, A4, A5, suitable for medium-intensity work requirements, meeting the usage requirements of most factories and warehouses.

  Explosion-proof grade: ExdIIBT4 Gb, ExdIICT4 Gb, and ExtbIIICT130℃ Db, suitable for places with explosion-proof levels no higher than IIB or IIC, and ignition temperature groups no lower than T4, where flammable gases or vapors and air form explosive gas mixtures. Applicable hazardous areas are Zone 1 or Zone 2.

  Operating ambient temperature: -25℃~+40℃, capable of normal operation within a wide temperature range, adapting to different climatic conditions.

  Power supply: Generally three-phase 380V 50HZ, other voltage levels can be customized according to user needs.

Application Scope

  Suitable for factory environments with explosion-proof levels no higher than B or C, and ignition temperature groups no lower than T4 (135℃), where flammable gases or vapors and air form explosive gas mixtures. Widely used in military industry, arsenals, petroleum, petrochemicals, coal mines, chemical industry, aviation, and other factories and warehouses with flammable and explosive objects or gases for hoisting goods. However, it is not suitable for Zone 0, where explosive gas mixtures continuously appear frequently for short periods or exist for a long time under normal conditions.
