An insulating crane is a special lifting equipment designed for environments with strong current or leakage risks. Its core function is to isolate the crane from live objects through insulating materials, preventing current from being conducted through the crane to the ground or operators, ensuring operational safety. It is mainly suitable for cranes working in non-ferrous metal electrolysis workshops such as aluminum, magnesium, lead, zinc, and copper, with a working class of A5~A7, and the lifting device is a hook or a dedicated spreader.

1. Insulation Level and Standards
Insulating materials: Key components such as hook blocks, wire ropes, and pulleys use high-strength epoxy resin, nylon, or polyurethane and other polymer insulating materials, with insulation resistance value ≥10MΩ (tested with a 500V megohmmeter).
Voltage level: Customizable 1kV~35kV insulation level to meet the requirements of different voltage environments (e.g., DC 800V~1000V in aluminum electrolysis workshops).
2. Safety Isolation Design
Triple Insulation Protection:
Insulation between the hook and the wire rope movable pulley block;
Insulation between the hoisting mechanism and the trolley frame
Insulation between the trolley frame and the bridge frame
