It is mainly suitable for cranes working in non-ferrous metal electrolysis workshops such as aluminum, magnesium, lead, zinc, and copper, with a working class of A5~A7, and the lifting device is a hook or a dedicated spreader.

  1. Insulation Level and Standards

  Insulating materials: Key components such as hook blocks, wire ropes, and pulleys use high-strength epoxy resin, nylon, or polyurethane and other polymer insulating materials, with insulation resistance value ≥10MΩ (tested with a 500V megohmmeter).

  Voltage level: Customizable 1kV~35kV insulation level to meet the requirements of different voltage environments (e.g., DC 800V~1000V in aluminum electrolysis workshops).

  2. Safety Isolation Design

  Triple Insulation Protection:

  Insulation between the hook and the wire rope movable pulley block;

  Insulation between the hoisting mechanism and the trolley frame

  Insulation between the trolley frame and the bridge frame
