Product Overview
European-style electric single-beam suspension cranes are lightweight lifting equipment, typically consisting of a lifting mechanism, a single main beam, end beams, and an electrical control system. They can be directly installed on the roof structure of existing factory buildings without the need for additional crane track brackets, making full use of factory space. They can be used for part of the factory area as needed, and by using an extended cantilever, the travel range of the trolley can exceed the crane span.
Structural Composition
Main Beam: A square box beam welded structure (or H-beam) is used, connected to the end beams via high-strength bolts to form a rigid structure. The camber conforms to national standards.
End Beams: Made of rectangular steel pipes or steel plates welded into shape. The formed end beams are processed in one positioning operation on a CNC machine to ensure dimensional accuracy and mating tolerances.
Lifting Mechanism: Equipped with a European Electric Hoist, featuring a compact structure, a hard-tooth surface reducer, low noise, and a long service life.
Running Mechanism: Both the crane and trolley running mechanisms use a three-in-one design, i.e., the motor, reducer, and brake are integrated. This results in a compact structure, hard-toothed reducers, low noise, minimal oil leakage, and a long service life.
Electrical Control System: Uses high-quality electrical components and is equipped with an advanced variable frequency speed control system to achieve soft start and soft stop, reducing mechanical transmission impact, and improving control accuracy and running stability.
Performance Characteristics
Lightweight and Low Wheel Load: Through modular crane software design, from the hoist, end beams to the main beam, a reasonable structure is adopted. The self-weight is much lighter than traditional cranes, resulting in low wheel load on the track, less demanding on the factory building, wider applicability, and cost savings in factory construction.
Small External Dimensions: Highly effective use of factory space, with a small distance from the hook to the side walls, low clearance height, and a larger effective workspace in existing factory buildings. This allows for more flexible factory layout planning, and new factories can be designed smaller and more functional.

High Safety Factor: Features more than ten protection measures, including overheat protection, overload protection, and phase sequence protection, to ensure safe crane operation. The drum diameter of the lifting equipment is more than twice that of traditional ones, and the wire rope angle is small. This structure reduces the tension and wear on the wire rope. The high-performance hoist motor provides greater horsepower, excellent cooling characteristics, and continuous power supply. High-capacity lifting equipment is designed with two lifting motors. The hoist has an excellent power transmission and braking system, dustproof design, and automatic adjustment. For special requirements, two brakes can be equipped.
