HB type explosion-proof steel wire rope Electric Hoist Is a lifting equipment specially designed for explosive gas environments, conforming to GB3836.1-2021 "Explosive environments Part 1: General requirements", GB3836.2-2021 "Explosive environments Part 2: Equipment protected by flameproof enclosures", JB/T10222-2011 "Explosion-proof Electric Hoist" and other standards. The motor and electrical appliances are flameproof, and the explosion-proof level is ExdⅡBT4 Gb, ExdⅡCT4 Gb and ExtbIIICT130℃ Db.
Structural Composition
Lifting mechanism: adopts the classic "one" type series structure, the explosion-proof conical braking motor and reducer are arranged on both sides of the drum group, and the explosion-proof conical braking motor transmits power to the reducer side through the transmission shaft inside the drum device, and the reducer output shaft spline drives the drum group to realize the winding of the steel wire rope.
Running mechanism: consists of explosion-proof conical braking motor, reducer and wheels, responsible for the operation of the hoist along the track.
Metal structure: made of high-strength steel, compact structure, high strength and rigidity, capable of withstanding various loads during the operation and lifting process of the hoist.

Widely used in iron and steel metallurgy, hydropower, aerospace, shipbuilding, automobile, coal, petrochemical and other industries.
