Metallurgical Bridge Cranes are designed for high-temperature, high-dust, heavy-load, and frequent operation metallurgical industrial environments. They are suitable for steelmaking, continuous casting, rolling, and casting scenarios and feature high reliability, high-temperature resistance, and impact resistance.
The crane's hoisting mechanism uses a single drive unit (referring to one electric motor, one reduction system, one drum device, and two working brakes + a safety brake installed on the wire rope drum). The bridge frame is a structure with two main beams; mainly consisting of a bridge frame, crane trolley, main trolley running mechanism, electrical control system, heat insulation device, and separable or inseparable spreader.
