Insulated cranes are special lifting equipment designed for environments with high currents or the risk of electrical leakage. Their core function is to isolate the crane from energized bodies using insulating materials, preventing current from conducting through the crane to the ground or operators, ensuring operational safety. They are mainly used in the smelting workshops of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, magnesium, lead, zinc, and copper, with a working level of A5~A7 and lifting devices such as hooks or special spreaders.

1. Insulation Grade and Standards
Insulating materials: Key components such as hook groups, steel wire ropes, and pulleys use high-strength epoxy resin, nylon, or polyurethane and other high-polymer insulating materials, with an insulation resistance ≥10MΩ (500V megohmmeter test).
Voltage level: Customizable 1kV~35kV insulation level to meet the needs of different voltage environments (such as 800V~1000V DC in aluminum electrolysis workshops).
2. Safety Isolation Design
Triple insulation protection:
Insulation between the hook and the steel wire rope sheave group;
Insulation between the lifting mechanism and the trolley frame
Insulation between the trolley frame and the bridge frame
